When it comes to beards, I have learned over the years that the details matter. The type of comb, the type of oils and balms you choose. The most important detail of them all is your stylist.
I have been to quite a few shops, tried out 7-8 different beard stylists before finding someone great. Don't get me wrong, most of them were ok, but I mean my beard is on my face and I see it and everyone see's it every day, whether it is business or personal relationships, it all matters. People judge you in the first few minutes of seeing you, by your appearance. So it clearly has to be great.
I was referred to Kenzy quite a while ago, when I began to see her, I came to her with some beard goals. Showed her a pic and she helped me every few weeks to tailor it and get it right. She knows her shit and takes great pride in doing a fantastic job.
I am very picky myself, have scouted quite a few shops and stylists, save yourself some time and money, check out Kenzy at Take Pride Barbershop.
BTW - Plan ahead, and make a reservation because she fills up fast. I also learned this the hard way.
